Professor Hottenrott and his team from the German Martin-Luther-University will provide you in addition to a detailled trainings plan an overall concept, adjusted to your personal needs and your training time available .We will advice you in all questions about nutrition in training or competition, questions about cross training and we will provide you exercise programs for injury prevention and much more.
Our main focus is endurance sport including strength and fitness training. We advice every age group and every performance level and we will bring our more than 20 years of experience and expertise in science and competitive sport to join in cooperation with you. We support you in questions around weight management and improving your general fitness based on your current capacity and health.
