Professor Hottenrott and his team from the German Martin-Luther-University can help you to do in your training the right things in the right way, in the right moment with the right intensity and the right duration. We create you a training plan adjusted to your current performance level and your goals. Individual and sport specific training recommendations are based on latest scientific knowledge. We contribute our 20 years of experience in performance and health sport.
We guarantee maximum training success; Whether you are young or old, beginner or professional, if you want to achieve top performances or just „train healthy“. You decide your training goal and we prepare you for your sport. distance running, marathon, triathlon, duathlon, mountain biking and cycling programs for several weeks. Include:
- a variety of individual planned training units with detailed information for intensity, duration, number of repetitions of intervals, effective core exercises and nutrition tips related to your sport.
- Intensity specifications for basic and competition specific endurance training,
- a eight week program for basic or specific preparation,
- or a four to six week tapering program for your main competition
- or a program for a training camp also in altitude,
- and important hints and tips for a successful training.
